lyrics

There’s a place beyond the hills that we called home
Now we have had to wander down this road
There was tragedy a great fire, plague and famine and mass
murder
Now we've found ourselves outcasted and alone

There's a worry that most of us won't survive
It's been hard enough to keep half these kids alive
With the introduction of tyranny, publicized hypocrisy
It's a miracle that we could even try

If all we can do
is fight the other side
with rhetoric
and tide
Which one will be wrong
Which side will be right?

Is it true? Don't bite the hand that feeds
Even with the permanent mark it always leaves
You can't domesticate what won't be tamed
Insubordination is a game we’ve played
and we'll beat the best hand you’ve ever received

We've taken enough shit, this can't go on
Raise our battle flag, sound the alarm
Intellect is in great descent
Your puny bombs are irrelevant
We've given up being your cattle farm

if all we can do
is fight the other side
with rhetoric
and tide
Which one will be wrong
Which side will be right?
